Order Process

• We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• Once shipped, you will receive tracking information

Shipping Information

We ship globally except to Asia and some remote regions:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase:

• Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery
• Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging
• For health and safety reasons, batting helmets and youth catchers gear are FINAL SALE unless defective
• To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
• We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions

Return Shipping Costs

• We cover return shipping if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)
• Customers are responsible for return shipping for changes of mind, size exchanges, etc.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns based on customer preference
• Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement
