Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new, unused, and original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Please Note: For the health and safety of all our customers, Batting Helmets and Youth Catchers Gear are considered final sale due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Team: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. You can use the template below.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in the original box if possible. Include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation. Ship your return to the address provided in your instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns based on customer preference.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the requested replacement product. You will only be charged for any price difference and the cost of shipping the new item to you.
